Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer shipping to the UK, excluding Northern Ireland. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs delays or courier disruptions.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For international orders, Evo Smart Box is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:
If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact us at sales@evosmartbox.com and we will work with the courier to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Delivery Information:
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
