Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Evo Smart Box. We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, email us at sales@evosmartbox.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at sales@evosmartbox.com.
If you have not received your refund after it has been approved, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@evosmartbox.com.
